the courses
Royal Pines

With three 18-hole, par-72 combination layouts including a Championship course, a visit to Royal Pines guarantees a memorable round of golf for both serious and casual golfers. Situated just a short drive from Surfers Paradise and embracing the natural formation of the land, the course boasts superbly manicured greens, scenic lakes, deep bunkers and an idyllic backdrop of the mountains.

The Pines

The Pines golf course, Australia’s only Arnold Palmer signature course, has recently undergone a $5 million transformation. The course-wide restoration of its greens, new bunkering on the par-5 17th hole, the rebuild of teeing grounds, a new irrigation infrastructure, as well as new target greens and white-face artificial bunkers on the double-ended practice range have elevated The Pines golf course to one of Australia’s most esteemed private golf course destinations. Carved through 101 hectares of established pine forest, the course features corridor approaches to several holes, with lakes guarding others. Fourteen of the holes are contoured around six man-made lakes.

The Palms

The Palms is considered a championship course rivalling some of the best golf courses in Australia, now ranked in Australian Golf Digest’s Top 50 golf courses. It has a total length of 5904 metres off the championship tees, and has numerous water features and hazards. Tee placements have been designed to suit a variety of playing conditions and a diverse range of players. Nestled within century old Cabbage Palms, The Palms golf course is a return to the traditions of the game, with distinctive holes, deep greenside bunkers and boldly contoured greens requiring creative shot making.

Hope Island

The 18-hole layout was designed by one of Australia’s golfing greats, Peter Thomson, and it has matured nicely since it was first constructed in 1993.

Hope Island is Thomson’s tribute to old-fashioned golf and, although located a good distance from the Gold Coast, it embodies all that is good in the links game, with fast running fairways, ridges, swales, pot bunkers and wonderful green contouring that would not look out of place on a course by the Scottish or Irish seaside.

The Glades

The Glades Golf Club boasts the reputation as one of Australia’s most prestigious resort golf courses and is located right here on the Gold Coast.
Designed by champion Australian golfing icon Greg Norman, the course is typical of his trademark aggressive layouts offering golfers the best challenging round of golf within visually stunning surrounds.

Brookwater

Brookwater Golf Course is a par 72, tournament standard golf course measuring 6,469 metres. The ambitious design weaves up and down rolling terrain encompassing two nine-hole loops, with the Par 5 13th hole providing the longest drive on course at a significant 550 metres. Complementing the naturally undulating terrain, each hole features distinctive Australian bushland landscapes including natural water features, spectacular rock formations and stands of ghost gums. The Brookwater Golf Course’s varied terrain, strategic design and landscaping makes it a course of outstanding character and the perfect environment for you to enjoy a day of premium golf.
